Full Memberships

Our community, Sprints and related learning experiences (eg. Micro Sprints) have a limited number of seats to ensure participants get a high quality learning experience and can benefit from the limited access to the private community. Once you commit to a learning experience or join the community, we’re unable to process a refund for your membership.

Deferrals

Sprints:

If unexpected circumstances arise that prevent you from participating in the Sprint you enrolled into, you may defer participation to a subsequent cohort of that Sprint within your membership dates (i.e. 1 year from when you enrolled) up to 3 weeks before the start date. To submit a request for a deferral, email [email protected].

Micro Sprints:

Since Micro Sprints consist of on-demand learning, where the learning materials are provided after enrollment, we cannot accept any refunds or deferrals for Micro Sprints.

Refunds

Community + Sprints

You can receive a refund for your full membership until the earlier of:

  1. When you joined the community (meaning you received login information for the platform); and
  2. 3 weeks before the Sprint that you enrolled in starts.

Micro Sprints:

Since Micro Sprints consist of on-demand learning, where the learning materials are provided after enrollment, we cannot accept any refunds or deferrals for Micro Sprints.
